YENAGOA COUNCIL CHAIRMAN SIGNS 2025 APPROPRIATION BYE-LAW INTO EFFECT In a significant stride toward advancing grassroots development, the Chairman of Yenagoa Local Government Council, Hon. Bulodisiye Ndiwari, on April 22, 2025, officially signed into law the 2025 Appropriation Estimate Bye-Law at his office in Yenagoa. The bill, presented by the Leader of the Legislative Assembly, Hon. Gift Disin, alongside the Clerk of the House, Dr. Kenneth Kponu, marks a vital milestone in the fiscal planning and execution of the council’s development agenda.
