YENAGOA COUNCIL CHAIRMAN SIGNS 2025 APPROPRIATION BYE-LAW INTO EFFECT In a significant stride toward advancing grassroots development, the Chairman of Yenagoa Local Government Council, Hon. Bulodisiye Ndiwari, on April 22, 2025, officially signed into law the 2025 Appropriation Estimate Bye-Law at his office in Yenagoa. The bill, presented by the Leader of the Legislative Assembly, Hon. Gift Disin, alongside the Clerk of the House, Dr. Kenneth Kponu, marks a vital milestone in the fiscal planning and execution of the council’s development agenda. Dr. Kponu noted that the prompt passage and signing of the budget will ensure timely implementation of key projects and policies critical to the welfare of the people. While giving his remarks, Hon.
